The Founders

Sarah Varley

Sarah Varley

Sarah is a no-nonsense, quick and detailed dynamo whose articulate and self-assured opinions and insights make her an asset in the creative process and indispensable for on-the-ground activations.   Precise logistics and planning are Sarah’s modus operandi.  Who else could plan and execute 12 premiere screenings of the movie Tomb Raider across North America in the same night?  At Ericsson she also managed the successful title sponsorship program for the Ericsson World Cup of Freestyle and the company’s involvement in the inaugural Trader’s Challenge, a stock market charity fundraiser.

Sarah’s super bullshit meter allows her to cut through the clutter in any business planning session, taking participants back to the core question of why they are considering a certain course of action.  She is a huge advocate for metrics and accountability in sponsorship, so it is fitting that she designed an online tool for Ericsson to evaluate incoming sponsorship requests from around the world.

Her 20+ years of volunteer work with Tennis Canada won Sarah the honour of Volunteer of the Year. She also volunteers weekly for Mid Toronto Community Services and their Meals on Wheels program in downtown Toronto where she lives.
